Landscaper/Laborer

Established Landscape Company with jobs in Port Townsend and Port Ludlow, Washington. Looking to add a full-time, year-round LEAD LANDSCAPER to our team.

Experience within the landscaping field is necessary, however we are willing to provide some training to the right person. Additional requirements for this position include:

• The ability to be organized, multi-task, be motivated and get things done.
• Strong work ethic and time management skills. Emphasis on dependability and punctuality.
• A Valid WA state driver's license with a safe driving record is required
• A helpful attitude and is a team player.
• Can dress for the weather.
• Be physically fit, able to walk long distances, stand, kneel and lift 40+ lbs.

Duties include: Perform landscape maintenance tasks on customer's property including, but not limited to:

• maintenance of trees, shrubs, perennial and seasonal flowers.
• Use of hand shears, hand pruners and hand loppers as well as gas and electric equipment such as; power shears, power blowers, mowers and line trimmers.
• Mowing, edging, weed control, bed raking, trimming and pruning.
• Perform all regular tasks including but not limited to leaf and debris removal.
• Watering containers, beds and hanging baskets as needed.

The position pays $23.00- $27.00/hr depending on experience. Experienced applicants are preferred. Must have references.
