Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to lawn care, garden maintenance, and landscape enhancement, ensuring that our clients' outdoor spaces are well-kept and visually appealing.

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Duties

• Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain healthy grass and landscapes.
• Execute tree trimming and tree care activities to promote growth and safety.
• Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Assist in the installation of plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees as part of landscape design projects.
• Maintain gardens by weeding, mulching, and watering as necessary.
• Operate snow plowing equipment during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order through regular cleaning and basic mechanical knowledge.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of lawn care practices, including mowing techniques and garden maintenance.
• Familiarity with power tools used in landscaping work.
• Mechanical knowledge for basic equipment maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
• A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to landscape maintenance and enhancement.
