Landscaper/Lawn Care/Equipment Operator- At least 3yr Professional Experience Required

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Lawn and Landscaper Laborer/Equipment operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess the skills necessary to contribute to various landscaping, lawn care projects in the spring/summer/fall. with the potential to stay on for the winter for snow removal operations. This role involves physical labor and requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in all tasks performed and the ability to work potentially long hours.

We are a rapidly growing company with a very high potential for advancement into crew leads, superintendent or project management roles for the right candidate with strong work ethic and expertise in lawn care, landscaping and snow removal.

Duties

• Engage in lawn care and/or landscaping activities during spring, summer and fall months to create and build landscape installations and mow/trim lawns.
• Operate basic hand tools, skid steers, trucks, loaders and mowers with efficiency and care.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in professional Landscaping or related fields is required.
• Mechanical knowledge for operating lawn mowing and/or landscaping equipment is required.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions and potentially long hours during winter months.
• Strong work ethic is required.
• Ability to run and operate a plow truck, skid steer, loader and small snowblowers is required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
