Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and mulching to keep outdoor spaces pristine and inviting
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks such as trimming, digging, and installing landscape features
• Operate heavy equipment like excavators and other construction machinery for site preparation, grading, and hardscape installation
• Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, planting, and removal to promote healthy growth and safety
• Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal watering efficiency
• Carry out snow plowing duties during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients
• Maintain a clean work environment by properly storing tools and equipment after each project

Experience

• Prior experience is necessary
• Mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and small machinery such as excavators is highly preferred
• Familiarity with lawn care practices including mowing, aeration, fertilization, and weed control
• Knowledge of tree care techniques such as trimming and removal
• Ability to follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling landscaping chemicals or fertilizers
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
