Landscaping

Whether you already have landscaping experience or are looking to get started in the industry, this role is designed for people who want to work hard, learn quickly, and take pride in what they build every day.

If you have experience, you will have the opportunity to grow your skill set and take on more responsibility. If you are new, you will receive hands-on training and guidance from experienced crew leaders who want to see you succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, bed care, pruning, and seasonal cleanups

• Install trees, shrubs, flowers, mulch, sod, lawns, and landscape lighting

• Operate commercial landscaping equipment and mowers

• Assist with equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting

• Keep trucks, tools, and equipment clean and organized

• Support snow removal operations in the winter, including plowing and shoveling

• Work with your crew to complete daily goals efficiently

• Maintain safe, clean, and professional job sites

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who enjoys working outdoors and staying active

• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented

• Willing to learn and take direction

• Comfortable working in all seasons, including winter snow events

• Landscaping experience is a plus, but not required

• Mechanical interest or experience is a bonus

• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly

• Safety-focused and drug-free

• Valid driver’s license preferred

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday

• Overtime and snow hours during winter events
