Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aeration to ensure healthy, lush turf.
• Maintain landscape features such as flower beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements with precision and care.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators for planting, grading, or construction projects.
• Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal to promote safety and aesthetic appeal.
• Install and repair irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering efficiency for diverse landscapes.
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways safe and accessible.
• Support landscape maintenance routines by performing general gardening tasks and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.

Requirements

• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge of tools and equipment used in landscaping and construction settings.
• Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred.
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques including hardscape installation and horticulture practices.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other machinery safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of tree care practices such as trimming and pruning to maintain health and safety standards.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
