Landscaping and grounds technician

You will be primarily in charge of landscaping and grounds work. You will have the ability to do some maintenance work as well and learn from our senior maintenance technicians.

The right candidate will have the ability to grow with our company (even outside maintenance if you have the desire) and learn from our leadership team as we expand this concept to many other communities. Knowledge and Skills:

• Exhibit good time management and organization skills
• Proficiency in a wide variety of general maintenance tasks, such as painting, basic carpentry, minor dry wall repair, installation of assorted fixtures, and electrical and plumbing repairs that do not require a license
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Express compassion for teammates residents and guests on a consistent basis
• Passion for events, hospitality and community
• Thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail
