Landscaping Crew Foreman

This is a full-time, year-round opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about landscaping and snow removal, and who is eager to contribute to a growing organization that recognizes and rewards its team members.

Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and oversee multiple landscaping crews, ensuring all tasks are completed to company standards
Monitor crew performance, with the possibility of a 4-day work week during the summer based on team results
Ensure adherence to all safety and maintenance procedures
Track and record services performed using time-tracking field software
Perform seasonal tasks including spring cleanup, debris removal, mulching, mowing, trimming, edging, weed control, shrub and tree trimming, flower bed installation and maintenance, fall cleanup, and leaf removal
Operate zero-turn and push mowers, blowers, shovels, and rakes
Fill in on routes as needed and assist with general shop work
Adapt to evolving responsibilities based on seasonal needs and company priorities
Perform winter duties such as account, equipment, and shop maintenance, as well as snow removal and ice control services
Qualifications
Experience leading a landscaping crew
Experience operating a truck with a 24' enclosed trailer
Valid Driver's License
Reliable transportation to Williston, VT 05495 (preferred)
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Willingness to work on-call and weekends during winter months
Compensation

$26.00 - $28.00 per hour
