Landscaping Crew Member

Job Summary:

WFD Landscaping, based in Wilmington, MA is seeking to fill a full-time crew member position. Pay starts at $22/hour with advancement opportunities and pay increases. Candidates must have a team-first mentality, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to perform outdoor physical labor. Previous landscaping experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Operate power tools and equipment for landscaping tasks
• Conduct mowing and similar maintenance duties
• Complete landscape maintenance activities such as pruning and weeding

Qualifications:

• Team-first mentality
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and smartphone
• Clean driving record
• Capable of outdoor physical labor
• Prior experience with power tools and equipment preferred
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills

Role:

• Full-time work with expected hours of 30-50 hours per week
• Opportunities for advancement within the company

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year+ (preferred)

License/Certification:

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
