Landscaping Crew Member

Looking for a steady, reliable job with a great team? We are hiring a Landscape Maintenance Laborer to join our crew. We specialize in high-quality property maintenance, and we are looking for someone who already has experience in the field and knows how to use standard landscaping power tools.

What You’ll Do:

• Property Maintenance: Perform weekly/bi-weekly lawn care, weeding, and yard cleanups for residential and commercial properties.
• Tool Operation: Daily, hands-on use of landscape maintenance tools, including leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, string trimmers, and edgers.
• Crew Support: Assist the Foreman with loading/unloading trucks, hauling debris, and keeping equipment organized.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Prior experience working in professional landscape maintenance is required.
• Tool Know-How: You must know how to safely and effectively use standard tools like leaf blowers and hedge trimmers right out of the gate (chainsaw experience is a plus but not required).
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in the heat and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Reliability: Punctual, hardworking, and ready to show up on time every day.

Schedule & Pay:

• Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
• Pay: $20 - $27.50 per hour
• Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday from 6am - 3pm

Pay: $24.37 - $29.35 per hour
