Landscaping Crew Member – Entry Level

Lush Gardening is hiring one dependable team member to work directly with the owner. No landscaping experience is required — hands-on training is provided as needed, including working side-by-side on any tasks you haven’t done before.

This position is best for someone who wants to learn practical skills, work outdoors, and grow with a small local company.

Responsibilities

• Mowing grass
• Pulling weeds
• Picking up green waste
• General property cleanup
• Learning spraying, pruning, and equipment operation (training provided)

Requirements

• Able to show up on time consistently
• Able to lift 22–32 kg (50–70 lbs)
• Comfortable with physical outdoor work
• 18+
• Willing to learn and take instruction
• Reliable transportation

Training

• No prior landscaping experience required
• Hands-on, on-the-job training provided
• Opportunity to work directly with the owner to learn new skills safely and correctly

Pay & Schedule

• Starting pay: $18/hour
• Full-time preferred (part-time considered)
• Typical workdays: Mon - Fri
• Typical hours: 8:00am - 4:30PM
• 30 minute break provided
• Work is based in Honolulu / East Oahu
