Landscaping Field Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscaping Field Technician to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning to maintain pristine lawns and gardens.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects.
• Install and repair irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules for diverse plantings.
• Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal with attention to safety protocols.
• Assist in hardscape projects like patio installation, retaining walls, walkways, and other masonry work.
• Maintain equipment through routine cleaning, inspections, and minor repairs to ensure operational readiness.
• Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients.

Qualifications

• Proven mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment.
• Knowledge of lawn care practices, landscape maintenance techniques, and horticulture principles.
• Experience with tree care including trimming and pruning techniques.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as excavators safely on job sites.
• Strong understanding of irrigation systems, gardening practices, and snow plowing procedures.
• Familiarity with construction processes related to hardscape installations and landscape improvements.
• Excellent physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
