Landscaping Foreman/ Crew Leader

We are currently hiring an experienced Landscape Crew Leader / Foreman to oversee residential and commercial landscaping projects in Tulsa and surrounding areas.

We are looking for a responsible, hardworking leader with verifiable experience working for an established landscaping company, strong leadership skills, and the desire to grow within a stable organization.

This is a hands-on leadership role you will lead the crew while actively working in the field.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of verifiable landscaping experience (preferably with an established company)
• Prior crew leadership or foreman experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support landscaping crew members on job sites
• Plan and organize daily work activities
• Perform landscape installation and maintenance (planting, sod, irrigation, light hardscape, etc.)
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
