Landscaping Foreman/crew member

You’ll play a major role in delivering high-quality landscaping, lawn care, and outdoor solutions while working alongside a motivated crew.

Duties

Lead and assist in daily landscaping and lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, mulching, planting, and cleanups
Work with the team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and properly
Identify areas on properties that can be improved and communicate solutions
Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and professional at all times
Communicate with team members and leadership to stay on schedule
Assist in training new crew members and setting the standard for quality work
Troubleshoot issues on-site and adapt quickly to changing conditions

Qualifications

Experience in landscaping, lawn care, construction, or outdoor labor preferred (not required)
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Experience with landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) is a plus
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Positive attitude and pride in delivering quality results
