Landscaping installation crew member

Job Summary
Join our dynamic landscaping installation team as a Landscaping Installation Crew Member! You’ll work hands-on with a variety of landscaping projects, from installing hardscapes and planting trees to maintaining lawns and irrigation systems. Responsibilities

• Prepare sites by clearing debris, grading soil, and setting foundations for planting or hardscape elements
• Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other greenery with precision and care to ensure healthy growth
• Operate equipment including excavators, Loaders, lawn mowers and irrigation systems safely and efficiently
• Maintain all tools and equipment in excellent condition through regular cleaning and basic repairs

Skills

• Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot landscaping machinery such as excavators and power tools
• Familiarity with hand tools used in construction and landscape installation
• Ability to perform tree care including trimming, pruning, and health assessments
• Strong understanding of hardscape installation techniques for patios, pathways, and retaining walls
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety standards and quality workmanship
