Landscaping Laborer

Overview
Seeking a dedicated and hardworking person as a Landscape Laborer. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, ability to work on own, complete tasks, and a passion for working outdoors. You will be responsible for various landscaping tasks that contribute to the aesthetic appeal and health of the landscapes we manage. The hours are flexible as to when. but need minimum of 15 hours weekly.

Duties

• Perform lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain healthy and attractive lawns.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for digging, planting, and maintaining landscape features.
• Assist in tree care tasks such as tree trimming and pruning to promote growth and safety.
• Conduct groundskeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and organization of outdoor areas.
• Operate basic landscaping equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs.

Skills

• Proficient in lawn care techniques including mowing, maintaining, and fertilizing grass.
• Familiarity with hand tools used in landscaping such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and saws.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for the upkeep of landscaping equipment.
• Experience with tree care practices including trimming and maintenance is preferred.
• Strong ability to dig, plant, and maintain various types of plants and shrubs.
• Attention to detail in executing landscaping tasks to meet quality standards.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
