Landscaping Laborer/ Manager

We are My UofA rental. A family-owned property management that has over 140 homes and around 400-500 tenants, majority of which are U of A students. We are located in central Tucson, just north of downtown.

We are looking for a professional, experienced landscaper to provide landscaping to all of our properties which could range from duplex's, communities, triplex's, stand alone homes, etc. We need someone who is experienced in irrigations/repairs. We are specifically looking for a landscaping manager who will be in charge of a crew and ensuring that all homes are being maintained accordingly. Hours can vary from Mon-Fri 6am/7am to 2pm/3pm.

Management experience is a plus!!!!

We need someone who is respectful/professional and 100% reliable considering we are working with college students this is an absolute must.

REQUIREMENTS:

Valid Drivers License

Drug Test/Background Check Required

Landscaping Experience (minimum 5 year)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
