We are seeking energetic, responsible, and dedicated Landscaping Laborers and Crew Leads to join our dynamic team! Duties

• Assist with planting, mowing, trimming, pruning, and landscape maintenance to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
• Operate hand tools, power tools, lawn care equipment, and machinery such as excavators safely and effectively
• Perform hardscape installations including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other construction elements
• Maintain irrigation systems, perform tree care including trimming and removal, and handle gardening tasks to promote plant health
• Support snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access for clients
• Conduct routine landscape inspections to identify maintenance needs or potential hazards
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards

Experience

• Experience in commercial landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture is highly preferred
• Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools is a strong asset
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques including tree trimming, mowing, irrigation setup, and hardscape installation
• Hands-on experience with construction tasks such as using hand tools and operating excavators or other heavy machinery
• Knowledge of gardening practices and plant care principles to support healthy landscapes
• Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a positive work environment
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward safety and quality assurance
