Landscaping Leader

Come join one of the premier landscape crews in the greater Lexington area! We have a career opportunity for a full time landscape leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will need to have landscaping experience, and will be able to drive a 1 ton dump truck (No CDL needed, only a valid KY Driver's License.)

Job Duties will include:

- Planting of shrubs and trees

- Mulching plant beds

- Following landscape drawings

- Working well with other crew members to maintain a clean, healthy work environment, while helping crews run effectively and efficiently

- General Garden Center work when landscape jobs are not scheduled

- Running occasional Mulch or plant/tree deliveries on Saturdays

This is a full time job that has varying hours based on weather so some weeks may have fewer or more hours than others. General work weeks will run Monday through Friday 8-5 with some extended Spring hours in April and May and some Saturdays may be required

Pay will range from $18-$21 per hour, and can be negotiated upon interview and will be based upon previous experience and hours available to work. We do pay overtime after 40 hours equaling 1.5x regular pay.
