About the Role

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Landscaping Maintenance crew drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will help maintain beautiful outdoor spaces at our commercial properties.

Crew Driver Job Duties

• Maintain landscaping on commercial properties
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, blowers, trimmers, edgers)
• Remove weeds and perform general landscape upkeep
• Conduct site clean-up and debris removal
• Follow maintenance schedules and quality standards
• Drive company vehicle safely to and from job sites
• Transport crew members and equipment between locations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain clean driving record and comply with DOT regulations
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials

Who We're Looking For

• Valid AZ driver's license with a clean 5-year driving record and ability to pass DOT physical (required)
• Previous truck & trailer experience (preferred)
• Previous experience in landscape maintenance (1+ year preferred)
• Experience with mowers, edgers, weed wackers, and other maintenance equipment (preferred)
• Knowledge of plants, trees, and basic landscaping techniques
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Team player with strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions

Physical Requirements

This role involves physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs, working in various positions (standing, kneeling, climbing), and operating equipment. You should be comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions, including high temperatures during summer months.
