Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of landscape projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications, environmental standards, and local regulations.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver innovative, functional, and sustainable landscape designs.

Conduct site analyses and environmental assessments to determine optimal landscape development approaches.

Manage landscape projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless execution and compliance with HSE standards.

Design and implement sustainable landscaping solutions, including water -efficient systems, native plant integration, and eco -friendly materials.

Promote environmental stewardship through erosion control, waste reduction, and habitat conservation initiatives.

Develop and manage landscape maintenance plans to ensure the long -term health, functionality, and appearance of outdoor spaces.

Conduct regular inspections to assess landscape conditions, irrigation efficiency, and plant health, implementing proactive maintenance measures.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and expert consultation on landscape design and care.

Prepare and present project proposals, cost estimates, and schedules to clients and stakeholders

Develop and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements

Ensure all landscaping work complies with quality, safety, and environmental standards

Conduct quality assurance checks on installations, verifying material standards, design accuracy, and workmanship

Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and problem -solving strategies

Provide timely solutions to unexpected site or maintenance challenges to minimize operational impact

Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in landscape engineering, integrating innovative and sustainable practices into projects

Continuously assess and improve landscape design and maintenance processes to enhance quality and reduce costs

Lead, mentor, and develop landscape engineers, designers, and technicians, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

Perform any additional duties or tasks assigned by the direct supervisor, as required to support departmental and organizational objectives
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Master’s degree or specialized certifications (e.g., CLARB certification) in landscape architecture is an advantage.

At least 7 -10 years of experience in landscape engineering, landscape design, or facilities management with a focus on large -scale, complex projects.

Proven track record of leading and managing landscape projects from concept to completion.

Experience in sustainability practices, including water conservation, native plantings, and sustainable design.
