Cartwright Landscaping is a full-service landscaping company which operates primarily in the City of Richmond to the Far West End. We are looking to immediately hire awesome hardworking individuals to grow our landscaping team!

Applicants must be passionate about working in the landscaping industry, have a minimum of three years of landscape crew labor experience and must have a clean driving record and their own reliable transportation. Individuals considered for this position must be hard working, responsible and detail oriented, have a strong work ethic, be a proactive problem solver and have an eye for perfect landscaping aesthetics. In addition, qualified applicants must be entirely competent and efficient completing various landscaping tasks including but not limited to hard edging planting beds, mulching planting beds, trimming/pruning/dead wooding shrubs and trees, following landscape design and installation instructions, grading, aerating and over-seeding, installing various drainage solutions as well as preparation of sites for sod preparation and sodding of the sites. Applicants may be required to drive company trucks and must know how or be ready to learn how to maneuver various landscape trailers. Virginia horticulturalist certification, irrigation system experience, design experience and the ability to speak Spanish will be of assistance. Ability to operate skid steers and excavators also a plus.
