Bonick Landscaping is seeking a Landscape Service Coordinator to support our Landscape Maintenance / Garden Care Department. This role is responsible for daily scheduling, dispatching crews, coordinating service operations, and supporting Garden Managers with operational and profitability tracking.

This position reports to the Production Manager and is critical to keeping field operations efficient, organized, and client-focused.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule and coordinate daily landscape maintenance crews

• Dispatch technicians and manage same-day schedule changes

• Communicate with customers regarding service schedules and updates

• Support Garden Managers with job tracking, reporting, and profitability

• Assist with estimates, proposals, and client follow-ups

• Create, process, and reconcile purchase orders (POs)

• Enter and reconcile daily crew time and resolve discrepancies

• Assist with service issue resolution and customer concerns

• Maintain accurate records using internal systems and Microsoft Office

• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth service delivery

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience in service coordination, scheduling, or administrative support

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software systems

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

• Positive, can-do attitude and team-first mindset

• Friendly, professional, customer-focused personality

• Spanish bilingual skills preferred, not required

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in landscaping, maintenance, construction, or service-based industries preferred

• Ability to work full-time in an in-office environment
