OVERVIEW

SHAM INSTITUTE is seeking skilled and dedicated Language Lecturers to teach Kannada, English, and Hindi and train students to improve their communication and language proficiency. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, capable of handling classroom training, and committed to student development.

JOB SUMMARY

The Language Lecturer will conduct structured language training sessions, focusing on speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills. The role includes lesson planning, student evaluation, and continuous training to help learners gain confidence and fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct language training classes for Kannada, English, and Hindi as per curriculum.

Train students in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.

Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and practical exercises.

Assess students through tests, assignments, and oral evaluations.

Provide individual guidance to improve fluency and confidence.

Maintain attendance, performance records, and progress reports.

Help students with communication skills, presentations, and interviews.

Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth training delivery.

Participate in training programs, workshops, and institute activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate / Postgraduate in Kannada / English / Hindi or related field.

Strong command over Kannada, English, and Hindi (spoken and written).

Excellent communication and teaching skills.

Ability to engage and motivate students.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / online teaching tools).

Patience, positive attitude, and passion for teaching.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience as a Language Lecturer / Trainer / Teacher.

Experience in coaching centers or training institutes preferred.

Teaching certification (if applicable) is an added advantage.

SALARY – As per SHAM INSTITUTE norms
