Job Description
Saba Digital Convenience is hiring an experienced Laravel Developer to work on high-scale and high-performance web applications, backend systems, APIs, and analytics-driven platforms.
The role involves building robust, scalable architectures capable of handling large datasets, high user concurrency, complex business logic, and data tracking modules, using MySQL as the primary relational database.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Laravel application architecture, RESTful API development, MySQL database design and optimization, payment gateway integrations, third-party services, and performance tuning for large-scale applications, along with a solid understanding of application security fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Laravel-based backend systems for large-scale applications
• Design and implement RESTful and scalable APIs for web and mobile platforms
• Design, manage, and optimize MySQL databases, including schema design, indexing, and complex queries
• Build and integrate analytics and tracking modules for application performance, user behavior, and business insights
• Integrate analytics tools and event tracking systems (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, server-side tracking, custom dashboards)
• Integrate third-party APIs and services (payment gateways, SaaS tools, analytics platforms)
• Implement and manage payment gateway integrations (Stripe, PayPal, regional gateways, etc.)
• Build and maintain high-traffic management systems, admin panels, reporting dashboards, and web portals
• Optimize application performance, response time, and scalability
• Design robust application architecture following Laravel best practices
• Implement security best practices and data protection standards
• Apply secure coding practices to prevent SQL Injection, Blade Injection, XSS, CSRF, authentication abuse, and automated bot/robot attacks (brute force, credential stuffing, scraping, rate-limit abuse)
• Develop and manage Click & Conversion Tracking systems for affiliate and performance-based platforms
• Implement Attribution logic using tracking IDs, parameters, and partner identifiers
• Handle Webhooks and Postback URLs for real-time conversion and event tracking
• Design and maintain high-volume event logging systems for clicks, conversions, and partner activity
• Implement Affiliate / Partner-based data logic including publisher tracking, reporting, and attribution flows
• Ensure code quality, documentation, and long-term maintainability
• Collaborate with frontend, analytics, and DevOps teams when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of professional experience with Laravel
• Strong expertise in PHP, Laravel framework, and MVC architecture
• Proven experience working with MySQL as the primary relational database
• Strong understanding of MySQL schema design, indexing, joins, and query optimization
• Experience building or integrating analytics, tracking, or reporting modules
• Solid knowledge of API development and third-party integrations
• Hands-on experience with payment gateway integrations
• Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and role-based access control
• Strong understanding of application security, including SQL Injection, Blade Injection, XSS, CSRF, and bot/robot attack prevention
• Understanding of Click Tracking, Conversion Tracking, Attribution Models, and Tracking IDs
• Experience or knowledge of Webhooks, Postbacks, and event-based data flows
• Ability to work with high-volume tracking data and affiliate/partner-based reporting logic
• Ability to work independently as a single developer as well as collaboratively within a team, with strong self-motivation
• Experience using Git / version control systems
• Ability to optimize application performance and scalability
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred (Added Advantage)

• Full-stack experience (Laravel + frontend)
• Experience with Vue.js, React, or Blade
• Knowledge of queues, caching, background jobs, Redis
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), server-side tracking, or custom analytics dashboards
• Familiarity with event-based tracking, funnel analysis, and conversion reporting
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes (K8s)
• Familiarity with microservices or modular architecture
• Experience handling high user concurrency environments
