We are looking for a Large Format / Screen Print Designer who is experienced with preparing print-ready files and is proficient in Flexi design software. The ideal candidate will be familiar with large-format and screen printing processes but will not be required to operate printing equipment. This position focuses primarily on design setup, file preparation, and production support.Responsibilities:

• Create and prepare print-ready files using Flexi design software
• Set up layouts for large-format and screen printing projects
• Ensure proper sizing, resolution, and color setup for production
• Work with the production team to ensure files are ready for printing
• Make design adjustments based on project requirements
• Maintain organized digital files and project assets

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Flexi design software
• Familiarity with large-format printing and screen printing processes
• Strong attention to detail and file organization
• Ability to follow production specifications and deadlines
• Basic graphic design knowledge

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a sign shop or print shop environment
• Familiarity with vinyl graphics, banners, decals, or apparel designs

We are looking for a Graphic Designer experienced in preparing designs for large-format printing, screen printing, and T-shirt graphics. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Flexi design software and familiar with print production processes. This role focuses on design creation and file preparation, not operating printing equipment.Responsibilities:

• Create and prepare print-ready designs for T-shirts, banners, decals, and other large-format prints
• Use Flexi design software as well as Adobe suites.to set up layouts and production files
• Ensure proper sizing, resolution, color setup, and formatting for printing
• Work with the production team to make sure files are ready for print
• Make design revisions based on customer or project needs
• Organize and maintain digital design files

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Flexi design software and Adobe suites
• Experience designing T-shirt graphics and print-ready artwork
• Familiarity with large-format and screen printing processes
• Strong attention to detail and design layout
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a sign shop, print shop, or apparel printing environment
• Experience designing custom apparel graphics
