Assistant Project Manager – Mitigation & Construction

We’re looking for an Assistant Project Manager to help oversee large-loss restoration projects from start to finish. You’ll support daily operations, manage crews and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance across both mitigation and construction phases.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily crew lineups, job hazard assessments, and safety compliance
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe worksites
• Assist in site setup, scheduling, and daily task assignments
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment needs
• Document work with detailed notes and photos in job management software
• Ensure quality control, resolve issues, and keep projects on track
• Communicate with clients, crews, and insurance adjusters

What You Bring

• Willing to travel up to 250 days/year on an on-call basis (24/7 availability)
• Experience in construction and restoration
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• High school diploma required; degree in construction management a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfortable working long hours and in physically demanding conditions

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift/move up to 70 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods
• Comfortable working in various environments (indoors/outdoors)
• Must use PPE and follow all safety protocols
