Large Project Landscape Crew Leader
Premium Design LLC – Hudsonville, MI
Pay: $27–$33/hr (based on experience)
Premium Design LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Large Project Landscape Crew Leader to lead major landscape and hardscape projects. This is a hands-on leadership role, overseeing crew members while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the company’s high-quality standards. We’re looking for a skilled foreman with leadership ability, strong project management skills, and experience in landscape or hardscape work.
Responsibilities
- Lead large landscape and hardscape projects from start to finish
- Supervise and mentor 2-3 crew members
- Manage project schedules, labor, and materials
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and profit margin goals
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding progress and project details
- Track project costs and report on labor, material usage, and margins
- Conduct post-project evaluations and provide team feedback
Requirements
- 5+ years of landscape or hardscape experience
- Leadership and crew management skills
- Ability to read plans and execute projects accurately
- Knowledge of material and labor calculations for projects
- Must have machine operating experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
