Full Stop. Bakery is looking for friendly and outgoing people to represent our brand at local farmers markets! We specialize in handcrafted sourdough crackers and need team members who love our product as much as we do.

As a Farmers Market Team Member, your goal isn‘t just to sell crackers - it is to embrace the rhythm of the local community while effectively communicating company's message and connecting with people. We’re looking for charisma, charm, approachability, and a desire to drive exceptional results with confidence and care.

What You’ll do

● Pick up market gear and supplies from our kitchen (located in Boulder) before each market (with an option to keep market setup from week to week if you have the storage for it)

● Set up and break down our farmers market booth

● Engage with customers and share our passion for sourdough crackers

● Handle sales transactions through a POS system on your cell phone

● Maintain a tidy and visually appealing booth

● Represent Full Stop. Bakery in a positive and professional manner

What You Need

● A car, valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record

● A vehicle that can fit all market supplies (table, tent, tent weights, four large tubs, and small accessories)

● A friendly, outgoing personality with great customer service skills

● Ability to lift and carry market supplies (up to 60 lbs)

● Reliability and punctuality—markets run on a tight schedule!
