Laser Aesthetician (Commission-Based | High Growth Opportunity)

We are a growing medical practice expanding into aesthetic and laser services. We are seeking a motivated, experienced esthetician who is excited to help build and grow a new service line.

Compensation:

• 30%–45% commission based on performance
• Bonus incentives for client acquisition
• Additional bonuses tied to laser utilization
• Retail commission (10–15%)

Responsibilities:

• Perform laser treatments and aesthetic services
• Educate clients and recommend treatment plans
• Assist with social media content (before/after, videos, promotions)
• Help grow client base through referrals and outreach

Dr. Akudo Anokwute is a triple board-certified physician in Internal Medicine, Sleep Medicine, and Obesity Medicine. She is also certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) through Stanford University.

Dr. Anokwute has over 12 years of clinical experience and specializes in treating sleep disorders across all age groups, including insomnia, sleep apnea, narcolepsy, and circadian rhythm disorders. She has co-authored publications in the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine and has been featured multiple times on Fox 59 News. Patients describe her as thorough, compassionate, and highly knowledgeable, with a passion for helping people achieve restorative sleep and optimal health.

Dr. Chiedozie Anokwute is a double board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine. With over 16 years of clinical experience, his focus includes adult primary care, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and aesthetics.

Dr. Anokwute is known for his excellent bedside manner, clear communication, and patient-centered approach. He has co-authored multiple publications and is dedicated to helping patients improve their overall health and well-being through comprehensive, personalized care.
