We’re looking for a Laser Hair Removal Specialist who is detail oriented, motivated, and excited to grow within a structured, high performing environment.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering high quality laser hair removal treatments while guiding clients through a structured, results focused experience.

This is not a one and done service environment. We focus on consistency, outcomes, and a refined client experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

Perform laser hair removal treatments with precision and attention to detail
Guide clients through full treatment plans and set clear expectations
Educate clients on timelines, results, and aftercare
Maintain a polished, high end client experience at every visit
Support a smooth, efficient, and well managed schedule

Who This Is For

Licensed esthetician or nurse with laser experience or strong foundational training
Early to mid career, but highly motivated and coachable
Detail oriented and takes pride in their work
Confident communicator who can build trust with clients
Professional, polished, and aligned with a high standard environment

Growth Opportunity

Laser hair removal is a core service within our practice and an excellent foundation for building advanced skills.

This role offers the opportunity to either specialize and master laser treatments or expand into additional aesthetic services over time as part of a structured, growing practice.

What This Is Not

This is not a clock in, clock out role.

We’re not looking for someone who just wants to perform treatments and go home. We’re building something elevated and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow within it.

Compensation

$22 to $25 per hour based on experience
Performance based monthly bonuses tied to service revenue
