True Aesthetic Spa is an established med spa located in Wayne, NJ. We specialize in advanced aesthetic treatments and are committed to delivering safe, results-driven services in a professional and client-focused environment.

This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have hands-on experience performing laser treatments on paying clients.

Requirements (Please apply only if you meet these qualifications):

• Active New Jersey Esthetician License (required)
• Proven, hands-on experience performing Laser Hair Removal treatments
• Must have treated clients independently (not just training models)
• Strong knowledge of Fitzpatrick skin types and laser safety protocols
• Professional, responsible, and punctual
• Excellent communication and consultation skills
• Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships
• Must be available to work weekends

Preferred Qualifications (Plus but not required)

• Experience performing IPL Photofacials
• Experience with medical-grade laser devices
• Experience with:
• Facials
• Microneedling
• Microdermabrasion
• Dermaplaning
• Chemical Peels
• Comfortable discussing treatment plans and recommending skincare
• Polished, professional demeanor with strong client retention skills

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments safely and effectively
• Conduct thorough consultations and create customized treatment plans
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate client records
• Follow strict sanitation and safety protocols
• Deliver a high-quality, professional client experience
• Support client retention and long-term treatment results
