Laser Hair Removal Technician

Farrah Esthetics is seeking a highly experienced, efficient, and professional laser technician to join our team. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment and is not suitable for beginners or those still developing foundational skills.

We are a fully booked business, often booked out 6 weeks in advance. Clients are provided, and you will be stepping into a consistent, high-demand schedule from day one.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Michigan esthetician or laser license

• Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on laser hair removal experience (non-negotiable)

• Must be confident performing full body laser treatments independently

• Must be able to handle 10–15 clients per day efficiently

• Must be comfortable working back-to-back with minimal downtime

• Strong consultation skills and ability to confidently guide clients

• Must take direction well and be coachable

• Must maintain a consistently positive, professional attitude. Any form of attitude, negativity, or unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated

• Must be highly reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Must be trustworthy and capable of working alone without supervision

• Must be comfortable opening and closing the business

• Must maintain strong, consistent communication with the owner at all times

• Must be clean, organized, and uphold a high standard of presentation

Schedule:

• Monday and Friday required (full days)

• Sunday availability is a strong plus

• Shifts range from 6–9 hours

• Opportunity to grow into a 3rd day (4–6 hours) as demand increases

Responsibilities:

• Perform laser hair removal treatments and consultations at a high level

• Independently manage daily operations of the suite

• Open and close the business properly

• Handle booking, check-in, and checkout using systems such as

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall client experience

• Communicate clearly with the owner regarding schedule, clients, and operations

About Us:

We are currently operating in a private suite and will be relocating to a storefront within the next 3–4 months. This role will begin as an independent position, with the expectation of transitioning into a team environment as the business expands.

This is a growth opportunity. The right candidate has strong potential to step into a lead technician or management role as the company continues to scale.

Equipment:

We use the Splendor X. Training will be provided, but you are expected to learn quickly and perform confidently.

This is a high-performance role. We are only looking for candidates who can keep up with demand, take direction, communicate effectively, and consistently deliver high-quality results.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 25 per week
