Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Laser Hair Removal Professional to join our team. As a Licensed Laser Hair Removal Professional, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective laser hair removal treatments to our clients. You will use your expertise in laser technology to perform hair removal procedures and ensure optimal results.

Responsibilities:

- Perform laser treatments for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other skincare concerns.

- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to determine their hair removal needs and expectations.

- Assess clients' skin type, hair color, and medical history to determine the most suitable laser treatment.

- Perform laser hair removal treatments using advanced laser technology, ensuring client safety and comfort.

- Monitor and adjust laser settings as needed to achieve desired results.

- Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care, including skin preparation and aftercare instructions.

- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.

- Follow strict hygiene and sanitization protocols to ensure a clean and safe treatment environment.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest laser hair removal techniques and industry trends.

- Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive skincare solutions to clients.

- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to promote services and products to clients.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in laser technology.

Experience:

- Requirements:

- Valid license as a Laser Hair Removal Professional.

- Previous experience in performing laser treatments is preferred.

- In-depth knowledge of laser technology, skin types, and hair removal techniques.

- Strong understanding of safety protocols and precautions associated with laser treatments.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required.
- Strong retail sales skills to promote products and services effectively.
- Proficiency in using salon software for scheduling and client management.
