Duties

• Perform laser hair removal treatments using the CANDELA laser device, ensuring safety and effectiveness for each client
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, addressing questions about the procedure and expected results
• Maintain meticulous sanitation standards by sterilizing equipment and adhering to health regulations to ensure a safe environment
• Utilize salon management software such as BOULEVARD to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage treatment plans efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, listening to client needs, and recommending suitable treatments or products
• Stay current with industry trends and new laser technologies through ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in laser hair removal treatment from an accredited program
• Experience with esthetic laser treatments and knowledge of skin types and safety protocols
• Familiarity with salon software platforms such as BOULEVARD for scheduling and client management
• Skills in additional beauty services including Endosperes are highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a clinical or salon setting
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
