Laser Technician

About the Role

We’re looking for a licensed Laser Technician to perform safe, effective laser hair removal and aesthetic treatments in our Sharjah clinic. You’ll deliver excellent patient care, maintain top hygiene standards, and help clients achieve great results.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal and non-ablative aesthetic laser treatments (per clinic protocols).
• Conduct consultations, skin typing (Fitzpatrick), patch tests, and informed consent.
• Calibrate and operate devices (e.g., Candela, Cynosure, Soprano ICE/Diode)—training provided as needed.
• Document treatments, parameters, and client progress accurately in the EMR.
• Maintain laser room readiness, infection control, and device maintenance logs.
• Educate clients on pre/post-treatment care; schedule follow-ups and manage expectations.
• Escalate adverse events promptly and participate in quality/safety audits.
• Support reception with treatment planning and package recommendations (no hard selling).

Qualifications

• UAE license/eligibility: MOHAP Laser Technician (or eligibility letter) required.
• Laser Safety Training/Certification (LSO or equivalent) preferred.
• 1+ year experience with laser hair removal and aesthetic lasers (new grads with strong training may be considered).
• Strong communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Customer-centric, detail-oriented, and compliant with UAE clinical standards.
