Job Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, client-focused Aesthetician/ Laser Technician who knows how to build relationships, grow a following, and turn every client into their next best client—and a raving fan.

Pay is hourly +Commissions.

Duties

• Perform esthetic laser treatments with precision, ensuring safety and comfort for each client
• Conduct a variety of skincare services such as dermabrasion, body waxing, facials, chemical peels
• Provide professional makeup application and product demos to educate clients on skincare options
• Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Engage with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs and recommending suitable treatments or retail products
• Assist with retail sales by educating clients on skincare products and conducting product demos to boost client satisfaction and sales

Requirements

• Valid license as a Licensed Esthetician with certification in laser treatments from an accredited program
• Proven experience in esthetic laser treatment, body waxing, dermabrasion, and other skincare services
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety protocols in a clinical setting
• Ability to perform multiple treatments including eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and deep tissue massage
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatment options and product recommendations
• Prior experience in retail sales or product demos is a plus but not required

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 36.0 per week
