Laser Technician

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Laser Machine Operator cum Designer with hands-on experience in laser cutting and plasma machines. The candidate will be responsible for preparing designs, operating machines, and ensuring high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate laser cutting machines for metal fabrication work

Prepare and modify designs using software like AutoCAD / CorelDRAW / CNC software

Handle plasma cutting machine operations when required

Read and understand technical drawings and measurements

Ensure accuracy, quality, and minimum material wastage

Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Coordinate with production team for smooth workflow

Follow safety procedures and company standards

Requirements :

Proven experience in laser cutting machine operation

Knowledge of plasma cutting machines

Basic to advanced skills in design software (AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, etc.)

Ability to read engineering drawings

Good understanding of metal fabrication processes

Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

Qualification :

Diploma / ITI / Relevant Technical Certification (preferred)

Minimum 2–5 years experience in similar field
