Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and passionate Laser Technician & Aesthetic Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our clinical treatments, working one-on-one with clients to address their skin concerns and help them achieve their aesthetic goals. You will perform a variety of advanced procedures using the latest technology while maintaining the high standards of safety and care that Magic FemTouch is known for. Key Responsibilities

• Treatment Execution: Perform high-quality laser hair removal, microneedling, and chemical peels according to established safety protocols.
• Client Consultations: Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to determine the best treatment plan for each individual.
• Patient Care: Educate clients on pre-treatment preparation and post-treatment aftercare to ensure the best possible results and healing.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting treatment settings and progress photos.
• Safety & Sanitation: Ensure all treatment rooms are kept clinical, organized, and sanitized. Sterilize equipment and manage supply inventory for your station.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the medical-grade skincare products we carry and provide recommendations that complement in-office treatments.

Requirements

• Certification: Must hold a current Esthetician or Cosmetology license in the state of Illinois. Laser certification is highly preferred.
• Experience: At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a medspa or clinical setting.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex treatments in a way that is easy for clients to understand.
• Attention to Detail: A high level of precision when operating laser equipment and a keen eye for skin changes or reactions.
• Professionalism: A warm, welcoming demeanor and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and privacy.
• Reliability: Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential as we operate on a tight appointment schedule.

Pay: $3,650.00 - $3,900.00 per month
