Laser Technician and Medical Esthetician

• Laser Treatments:
• Perform laser hair removal, IPL Photofacial treatments as needed per established safety protocols and TDLR guidelines.
• Perform skin resurfacing, microneedling, and other procedures following established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to determine treatment suitability and personalize treatment plans.
• Provide pre- and post-treatment instructions and manage client expectations.
• Maintain detailed treatment records and monitor client progress.
• Esthetician Services:
• perform an array of medical-grade facials tailored to individual skin concerns, including acne, pigmentation, aging.
• Perform advanced facial treatments but not limited to like HydraFacials, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning.
• Recommend and retail professional skincare products to enhance client results.
• General:
• Build strong relationships with clients, creating a welcoming and consultative environment.
• Exceed sales goals by effectively recommending and selling laser packages, skincare products, and additional services.
• Maintain a clean and sterile treatment area, ensuring adherence to strict sanitation protocols.
• Actively participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Assist with retail sales of skincare products

Note: Prior experience as a Laser Technician or a Laser Professional in a similar role is required. Candidates must possess the necessary certifications and licenses to perform esthetic laser treatments.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
