Laser Technician / Esthetician

Genesis Wellness Spa – South Easton, MA

Genesis Wellness Spa is seeking an experienced, confident, and client-focused Laser Technician / Esthetician to join our growing team in South Easton, Massachusetts. We are looking for someone who is passionate about skincare, laser treatments, and helping clients of all skin tones and skin types feel confident in their skin.

Our ideal candidate has experience working with diverse clients, including melanin-rich skin, and understands how to safely and effectively customize treatments based on each client’s unique concerns and goals.

Position Overview

The Laser Technician / Esthetician will primarily be responsible for performing laser services, consultations, and skincare treatments, while also assisting with facial services as needed. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable educating clients, recommending treatment plans, and building long-term relationships.

• Perform laser treatments safely and effectively for all skin tones and skin types
• Conduct detailed consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Perform services such as laser hair removal, Laser Genesis, Aerolase treatments, skin rejuvenation treatments, facials, HydraFacials, chemical peels, and other skincare services as needed
• Educate clients on treatment expectations, pre-care, aftercare, and product recommendations
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and documentation
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and properly stocked
• Follow all safety protocols, sanitation guidelines, and spa policies
• Support front desk and team members when needed with scheduling, follow-up, and client communication
• Help promote services through occasional social media content, before-and-after education, and client engagement
• Build strong client relationships to encourage retention and repeat bookings

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician license required
• Laser certification strongly preferred
• Experience working with Fitzpatrick skin types I–VI
• Experience with laser hair removal or skin rejuvenation lasers preferred
• Comfortable performing facial treatments and skincare services
• Strong understanding of skin conditions such as acne, hyperpigmentation, melasma, scarring, redness, and aging concerns
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Sales experience or confidence recommending treatment plans and packages is a plus
• Experience working in a med spa environment preferred

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time opportunity available
• Some evenings and Saturdays may be required
