Laser Technician/Medical Aesthetician

NOTE: Laser Technician is a requirement for this position! Seeking self-driven professional looking to build clientele using resources provided leading to a commission only position!

The Aesthetician / Laser Technician is a licensed provider responsible for performing aesthetic and laser treatments under the direction of onsite medical director and in alignment with established protocols. This position is dedicated to delivering safe, effective treatments that achieve outcomes exceeding industry standards, while fostering a patient-centered experience rooted in education and empowerment.

Beyond treatment delivery, this role carries significant responsibility for business development and patient education. Providers are expected to actively engage patients in their treatment plans, educate them on available services, and proactively build their schedules. When not in treatment, focus is directed toward business development initiatives to support practice growth and personal productivity.

This role requires efficiency, preparation, and a commitment to maximizing every moment of the day in service to patients and practice success.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Operational Excellence

• Perform aesthetic and laser treatments according to protocols, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and exceptional results.
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment in compliance with practice standards and manufacturer guidelines; report issues immediately.
• Monitor devices for proper function, and prepare treatment rooms with necessary supplies in advance to maximize efficiency.
• Execute all patient treatments and follow-up care with professionalism, sterile technique, and strict adherence to safety standards.

Patient Communication & Education

• Educate patients on their individual skin/body types, treatment plans, and home care regimens.
• Provide clear pre- and post-treatment instructions, reinforcing patient understanding and compliance.
• Serve as a trusted resource for patients, fostering lifelong relationships built on trust, education, and empowerment.
• Actively communicate with patients before, during, and after treatments to ensure comfort and satisfaction.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate, timely medical records that reflect all patient interactions and treatments.
• Ensure documentation is clear, complete, and compliant with practice and regulatory standards.
• Notify physician promptly of any complications, adverse events, or patient noncompliance.

Business Development & Practice Growth

• When not in treatment, focus efforts on business development activities to support schedule growth and patient engagement.
• Proactively identify opportunities for follow-up treatments, cross-education, and patient retention.
• Consistently meet or exceed practice standards and measurable performance metrics, including revenue production, patient engagement, and utilization of automation tools.
• Support practice educational initiatives conveying philosophy of lifelong renewal and patient empowerment.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona licensure as an Aesthetician and Laser Technician.
• 2 year demonstrated experience performing aesthetic and/or laser procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient education.
• Proven ability to achieve measurable performance metrics in aesthetics.
• Commitment to professional growth, patient advocacy, and practice success.

Pay: From $22.50 per hour
