ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our production team creating custom-etched and UV-printed wood products from sustainably sourced Pacific Northwest materials. We're looking for a mechanically inclined, detail-oriented team member who thrives in a hands-on production environment and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

· Program, set up, and operate laser and UV printing equipment for custom engraving and printing

· Maintain and troubleshoot machinery to ensure consistent, high-quality output

· Execute work orders with precision, following specifications for accuracy and finish quality

· Prepare files and manage color settings for optimal print results

· Perform surface preparation and material handling across various substrates

· Inspect finished pieces and communicate any quality concerns to the leadership

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

· Support other manufacturing tasks as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

· Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

· Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting skills

· Comfortable with computers, design software, and job management systems

· Ability to work independently and follow technical specifications

· Strong time-management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

· Physical ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods

Bonus:

· Direct experience with laser engraving, UV printing, or related equipment

· Background in screen printing, CNC operation, vinyl cutting, or wide-format printing

· Manufacturing or production experience (QC, assembly, packaging, material handling)

· Woodworking, finishing, surface preparation, or powder coating experience

· Graphic design, prepress, or file preparation skills

· Experience with licensed or collegiate merchandise (understanding brand compliance)
