Lash and Brow Artist

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate lash & Brow Artist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients through expert brow shaping and various aesthetic treatments. You will work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service while utilizing your skills in hair threading, body waxing, and other beauty services.

Duties

• Perform brow shaping services including waxing, threading, and tinting to achieve desired client results.
• Provide additional aesthetic treatments such as eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatment, and makeup application as needed.
• Maintain a high standard of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations and company policies.
• Utilize salon software (such as MINDBODY) for appointment scheduling, client management, and sales tracking.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for beauty services.
• Promote retail sales of beauty products to enhance client satisfaction and boost revenue.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in beauty treatments and techniques through ongoing education and training.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license is required.
• Proven experience in retail sales within the beauty industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in hair threading, body waxing, and other aesthetic services is essential.
• Familiarity with salon software systems such as MINDBODY is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Base Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 39 per week
