Lash and Brow Artist

We’re looking for a Lash & Brow Artist who takes pride in their work, values connection, and wants to be part of something that feels good to be in.

This is for someone who:

• Loves the beauty industry but also respects the responsibility behind it
• Wants to grow their skills and clientele in a supportive environment
• Understands that energy, consistency, and client experience matter just as much as the service itself

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lash extensions (Classic, Hybrid, Volume – or willingness to grow into volume)
• Lash lifts (bonus if familiar with Korean Lash Lift, but we can train)
• Brow services (shaping, tinting, lamination, brow mapping is a plus)
• Maintaining a clean, calm, and welcoming workspace
• Creating a consistent experience clients can trust and come back to

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist (NJ)
• Lash experience preferred (but open to the right person who is willing to learn)
• Someone who is reliable, kind, and coachable
• Strong attention to detail (this matters a lot here)
• Positive energy—no drama, no ego, just good people
• Someone who genuinely cares about their clients and their work
