Lash and Brow Artist

Hairraisorz Salon is seeking a licensed Esthetician and Lash Artist to join our growing salon team. This role is ideal for a motivated beauty professional who is ready to expand their client base, elevate their service offerings, and work in a professional, structured salon environment with strong growth potential.

This position offers flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to grow into booth or suite rental within the salon.

Responsibilities:

• Perform skincare services including facials, treatments, and basic skin consultations
• Provide lash services including lash extensions, fills, and lash removal
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment area
• Build and maintain a strong client base through excellent service
• Educate clients on aftercare and product recommendations
• Manage bookings, scheduling, and client communication
• Uphold salon standards of professionalism and presentation
• Promote services and support social media presence (optional but encouraged)

Qualifications:

• Valid Esthetician and/or Lash Extension certification/license (required)
• Experience in lash extensions preferred (classic, hybrid, or volume)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to maintain professionalism and consistency
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and client care
• Social media presence is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with lash lifts and tints.
• Knowledge of other beauty services (e.g., brow shaping, microblading).
• Sales and marketing experience within a beauty setting.
