Lash and Brow Artist

Job Summary
Established beauty studio located inside Sola Salon Studios is seeking a highly skilled and professional Lash & Brow Artist to join the team on a commission basis for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday availability.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced artist who produces high-quality work, values a clean and elevated environment, and is looking to grow within a well-established studio. This is not an entry-level position.

Applicants must be confident in their skills and able to work independently without training or with minimal training and intervention.

Duties

• Perform lash extension services (classic, hybrid, and volume) with strong retention and clean isolation.
• Provide brow services including lamination, waxing and tinting.
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional workspace
• Deliver excellent client experience and customer service
• Manage appointments and maintain punctuality
• Follow all sanitation and state board regulations

Experience

• Minimum 2+ years experience in lash extensions and brow services
• Strong portfolio showcasing consistent, high-quality work
• Valid esthetician or cosmetology license preferred (Alabama)
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently with no or little training required
• Existing clientele is a strong plus

Compensation:

• Commission-based pay structure (percentage to he discussed based on clientele and experience

Schedule:

• Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (required)

• Occasional availability based on leave/off time for other artists

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $750.00 - $1,500.00 per week
