Beauty Republic is a high-end lash and esthetics salon in Woburn. We invest in marketing so our artists stay booked - you focus on the craft, not chasing the clients.

New hires are typically booked solid within 60 days.

We handle marketing, scheduling, and no-show protection - your job is the artistry and the client experience.

COMPENSATION

• $26/hr + tips (tips are on average $300-500/wk full-time, based on Apr 2026 data)
• All supplies provided - adhesive, lashes, tweezers, tint, wax
• Paid certifications: Korean Lash Lift, Brow Lamination, Lash Extensions
• Employee discount on retail

SCHEDULE

• Full time: Tue / Thu / Fri, 10am-8pm, Sat, 10am–6pm
• Part time: Tue / Thu / Fri, 4pm-8pm, Sat, 10am–6pm
• Saturdays required. Tue / Thu / Fri Schedule is negotiable.
• Salon closed on Sunday

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Services

• Lash extensions: classic, hybrid, light volume
• Lash lifts and lash tints
• Brow lamination, brow tinting, brow shaping and waxing

Client experience

• Pre-book every client at checkout (script provided)
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary services (script provided)

Salon operations

• Inventory management: track stock, flag reorders, receive deliveries
• Content creation: before/afters, reels, behind-the-scenes for our Instagram (scripts/detailed tasks provided)

Growth

• Practice on models to build new techniques
• Continuing education - paid brand certifications and ongoing training

REQUIRED

• Active MA Esthetician's License
• 1+ year of experience

PREFERRED

• Hybrid or volume certification
• Lash lift experience
• Brow lamination
