Lash and Brow Artist

Lux Lash RX is seeking a talented and customer-focused Lash Artist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of lash extension experience, provides exceptional client care, and is passionate about delivering beautiful, customized results. Brow service experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and committed to creating an elevated experience for every client. Compensation is commission-based with strong earning potential and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

Esthetician or Cosmetology license

1-2 years of lash extension experience preferred.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to perform classic, hybrid, and volume lash sets.

Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.

Passion for providing an exceptional client experience.

Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Weekend and evening availability preferred.

Must have a portfolio or Instagram photos of recent work available for review.

Brow service experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $24.71 - $50.00 per hour
