Lash and brrows master technician

·Perform a wide range of advanced lash and brow services with precision, including:

· Lash Extensions: Classic, Volume, Hybrid, Mega Volume, and Russian Volume.

· Lash Lifts & Tints.

· Brow Lamination, Tinting, and Henna.

· Expert Brow Shaping (waxing, threading, tweezing).

· Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their desired look, assess their natural features, and recommend the most suitable techniques and styles.

· Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, hygiene, and safety in strict compliance with UAE health regulations.

· Manage appointment bookings, maintain client records, and provide detailed aftercare advice.

· Actively contribute to retail sales by recommending premium aftercare products.

· Stay ahead of industry trends, techniques, and new products.

· Uphold the salon's reputation for luxury and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications & Skills:

· A certified professional with a minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Lash and Brow Technician, preferably within a luxury salon environment.

· Master-level proficiency in all current lash extension techniques (Classic, Volume, etc.) and advanced brow services (Lamination, etc.).

· A strong, verifiable portfolio showcasing your work and style.

· Impeccable attention to detail, with a steady hand and an artistic eye for symmetry and design.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.

· Professional, punctual, and possessing a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
